4. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

4.1 For orders of goods and services on the www.westwing.it website, the prices stated on the detail page of the respective item at the time of the order apply. Prices include VAT and packaging. Shipping costs and, where applicable, costs for an additional assembly service that can be booked (see Section 6) are excluded.

4.2 Shipping costs are charged separately for each order and are based on the price stated on the product detail page. 5. ASSEMBLY SERVICE

Westwing does not guarantee that the goods can actually be assembled or secured in the premises provided for this purpose. 5.4 Painting and upholstery work and/or electrical installations, as well as wall and ceiling installations, are excluded from assembly services.

8. COUPONS

8.1 Westwing offers different types of vouchers: Gift Vouchers, Promotional Vouchers and Compensation Vouchers:8.1.1 Gift Cards

8.1.1.1 Gift vouchers are vouchers that can be purchased on the website and redeemed only on www.westwing.it, unless otherwise stated on the voucher. The gift voucher will be provided to you by email after ordering.

8.1.1.2 The gift voucher and the remaining balance of the gift voucher can be redeemed until the end of the third year following the year in which the gift voucher was purchased.

8.1.2.2. Vouchers that you have received as a new customer through an invitation from a Westwing member (so-called "refer a friend vouchers") cannot be redeemed if you already have an account with Westwing, as the voucher is only redeemable for new customers.

9. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING CONDITIONS

9.1 Deliveries will only be made within the Italian territory to the delivery address provided by you, with the exception of Livigno (SO) and Campione d'Italia (CO).

9.3 The products ordered are shipped as a parcel or by courier at Westwing's discretion.

10. WARRANTY, LIABILITY AND TRANSPORT DAMAGE

10.1 The provisions relating to legal liability for defects apply. All products sold on Westwing.it are covered by a legal warranty for defects/lack of conformity, in accordance with applicable law. The legal warranty lasts two years from the delivery of the products. Defects in conformity of products can be reported to Westwing by contacting our Customer Service. In the event of a lack of conformity, you have the right to request repair or replacement of the product. If the above remedies are not possible or are excessively burdensome, you will be entitled to a reduction in the price paid or to the termination of the contract of sale, as provided for in the Consumer Code.

10.2 In the case of contracts for the delivery of second-hand goods, the following restriction applies: The limitation period for claims for defects is one year from the delivery of the goods, provided that this has been expressly and separately agreed contractually and if the customer has been specifically informed of the reduction of the limitation period before submitting the offer.

12. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CONSUMERS

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The fourteen-day withdrawal period starts from the day on which the user or a third party appointed by the user, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the ordered products.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email sent by post). You can use the following sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory:

13. CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you have withdrawn from the contract of sale, Westwing will refund all payments made by you, including delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which you received the notice of withdrawal from the contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction for the refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will a refund fee be charged. Westwing reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the products back or until the customer has provided proof of having returned them, whichever is earlier.

The deadline is deemed to have been met if the goods are shipped before the 14-day deadline. We are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. The right of withdrawal is not provided for or lapses for the following cases:

14. VOLUNTARY RIGHT OF RETURN FOR CONSUMERS

14.1 For all purchases of goods, Westwing grants you a voluntary right of return for a total of 30 days from receipt of the products, in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal under clause 12. This voluntary right of return allows you to withdraw from the purchase contract even after the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period (see clause 12) by returning the goods to Westwing within 30 days of receipt of the goods. You can assert your right by returning the goods within 30 days or by expressly declaring your withdrawal.

However, the prerequisite for exercising the right of voluntary return is that the goods are returned complete, in perfect condition and without damage, in the original sales packaging. Otherwise, Westwing reserves the right to refuse the return. We would like to point out that the transport risk is borne by the customer in the event of the return of the goods within the scope of the voluntary right of withdrawal. 14.2 The refund will be made to the means of payment used by the customer for payment. If you have chosen direct debit as your means of payment, you do not need to object to direct debit.

14.3 The statutory right of withdrawal (cf. Clause 12) shall not be affected by compliance with the requirements of this Clause 15 and shall continue to apply regardless thereof. Until the statutory withdrawal period expires, only the statutory conditions apply. This contractually granted (voluntary) right of return does not limit the statutory warranty rights, which remain unlimited.

15. REIMBURSEMENT OF DELIVERY AND SERVICE COSTS IN THE EVENT OF PARTIAL REVOCATION

If you withdraw from the contract for only a part of the products ordered (partial withdrawal), Westwing will refund the prices paid for the products subject to withdrawal, including delivery and assembly costs (if not yet assembled). However, if the delivery and assembly costs (in part) would have been incurred even if the customer had only ordered the products for which he did not exercise the right of withdrawal, these costs are excluded from the refund.

16. RETENTION OF TITLE

The goods remain the property of Westwing until payment is made in full.
